Test Results
It is possible to request results by phone but only between 14.00-17.00 when staff will have more time to help you.
On occasion, the telephones can be extremely busy and you may have to wait for your call to be answered. Please be patient.
You may be asked to attend the surgery in person for results, or to make an appointment with one of the GP’s for your results.
Fairfield Surgery has a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. We will only release test results to the person to whom they relate unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
